Wholesale Sales Operations Specialist
At Frog’s Leap, wine is more than a product — it’s a story of place, people, and stewardship. As our Wholesale Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll orchestrate the daily operations that help share that story with the world. From processing orders and safeguarding compliance, to maintaining pricing integrity across 50+ markets, to delivering insights from data, your work will weave operational excellence with strategic support. You’ll be the link between our Sales Managers, distributors, and internal team members — ensuring that every transaction, allocation, and communication reflects our mission — to make wines of terroir, responsibly farmed, sustainably produced and joyfully shared.

Wine Specialist
As part of our Tasting Room team, you are encouraged to tap into your own unique talents to join your colleagues in sharing our stories, our wines and our winery home with guests from around the world and those that reside just around the block. You will pour and educate our wines to guests with that friendly presence you possess. The Story of Frog’s Leap
Frog’s Leap is family-owned and operated winery, we’re dedicated to regenerative organic farming principles and committed to producing wines of balance, restraint and respect for the natural expression of the vine. Founded by the Williams family in 1981 on a spot along Mill Creek known as the Frog Farm, today we make our home amongst 200 acres of vineyards in Rutherford at the historic Red Barn.
