Orders & Shipping

In compliance with current state laws, Frog’s Leap wines ordered in the shop can be shipped to the following states:

AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT* (license # LSW.0000673), DC, FL, GA*, HI*, IA, ID, IL*, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI*, MN, MO, MT, NC*, ND*, NE*, NH, NJ*, NM,* NV, NY*, OH*, OK, OR, PA*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, VA, VT*, WA* (license # 079184), WI*, WV*, and WY.

*Tax on freight is charged and remitted as required by state laws and regulations.

Wine deliveries must be addressed to and accepted by someone over the age of 21. If not deliverable, packages will be returned to the winery – return and reshipping fees will apply. DOB is required for the purchaser.

All in-stock wines and merchandise will be shipped within five business days unless held for weather, we will ship next-day whenever possible.

Frog’s Leap cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond the winery’s reasonable control due to circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier errors, etc.

We’ve learned over the decades that even with the highest of quality standards, occasionally bottles are flawed or damaged. If you suspect that something may be wrong with a bottle you’ve received, please let us know so we may help.

We take great pride in our craft and hope to ensure that you always enjoy your Frog’s Leap wines. If you find that for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the wines you’ve received, you may return any unopened bottles within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, less applicable shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued only once the returned bottles have arrived back at the winery and have passed careful inspection.

Only wines purchased directly from Frog’s Leap winery or frogsleap.com are eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and will be refunded to the original payment method, less applicable shipping and handling fees. Call us at 707 963 4704

Orders canceled once a shipment is initiated and shipments refused at delivery will also be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees.

Current shipping rates apply to all shipments as determined by shipping method and delivery destination, and are as follows for Summer 2024:

• Shipping within California, ice pack included: 1-6 bottles = $35, 7-12 bottles = $25*
• Fellowship benefit shipping rates within California with ice pack included: 1-5 bottles = $20, 6-11 bottles = $20, 12 bottles = $10*
• Shipping outside of California via FedEx Temperature Controlled method: 1-6 bottles = $45, 7-12 bottles $40*
• Fellowship benefit shipping rates outside of California via FedEx Temperature Controlled method: 1-5 bottles = $45, 6-11 bottles = $35, 12 bottles = $25*
• Shipping outside of California 2-day air shipping, ice pack included: 1-6 bottles = $50, 7 -12 bottles = $45*
• Fellowship benefit shipping rates outside of California 2-day air shipping, ice pack included: 1-6 bottles = $50, 7-11 = bottles = $40, 12 bottles = $30*
