As our Wholesale Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll orchestrate the daily operations that help share that story with the world. From processing orders and safeguarding compliance, to maintaining pricing integrity across 50+ markets, to delivering insights from data, your work will weave operational excellence with strategic support. You’ll be the link between our Sales Managers, distributors, and internal team members — ensuring that every transaction, allocation, and communication reflects our mission — to make wines of terroir, responsibly farmed, sustainably produced and joyfully shared.

  Maintenance Mechanic

  As our full-time Maintenance Mechanic, reporting to the VP of Vineyard Operations and collaborating with an amazing team across our estate and vineyards, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine—literally. From tractors and vineyard equipment to plumbing, electrical systems, and more, you’ll be the person we count on to keep it all in tip-top shape.

  This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a knack for mechanics, a talent for troubleshooting, and the flexibility to jump into action, especially during our busiest season.
