Maintenance Mechanic
As our full-time Maintenance Mechanic, reporting to the VP of Vineyard Operations and collaborating with an amazing team across our estate and vineyards, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine—literally. From tractors and vineyard equipment to plumbing, electrical systems, and more, you’ll be the person we count on to keep it all in tip-top shape.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a knack for mechanics, a talent for troubleshooting, and the flexibility to jump into action, especially during our busiest season. Frog’s Leap is family-owned and operated winery, we’re dedicated to regenerative organic farming principles and committed to producing wines of balance, restraint and respect for the natural expression of the vine. Founded by the Williams family in 1981 on a spot along Mill Creek known as the Frog Farm, today we make our home amongst 200 acres of vineyards in Rutherford at the historic Red Barn.
