When we speak about vintage, we call out weather shifts, dates and challenges to harvesting. Everything reflected in the technical winemaking note which you can find here. But once that wine is bottled, our thoughts tend towards the memories we made in that vintage year. We remember moments.
In 2023 we made beautiful wine through a long harvest which began in August and finished off in early November. We also gained a granddaughter (Betty Alice), and our assistant winemaker got engaged. What did the 2023 Vintage deliver to you?
