We’re happy to offer private interactive wine experiences for you and yours, hosted by our crack team of Wine Specialists. We’ll connect with you virtually and lead you on a lively and engaging tasting of our most beloved varieties.

Purchase Tasting Kit

Our Interactive Tasting Kits include four of our current release wines – in half-bottles for groups of two – and 750mL’s for four to six tasters. Tasting Kits can be purchased for the group or individually, taxes and shipping charges apply.

Reserve Your Appointment

To ensure your wines arrive in time to your tasting, a minimum of 10 business days is needed prior to your requested tasting. Once your wines are en route, we’ll schedule and coordinate your interactive tasting via Microsoft Teams, and ensure that all participants receive their tasting kit in advance.

Interactive Tasting appointments are available Wednesday through Friday at 1pm and 3pm, with additional times available by request.

Oh, and there’s never a charge for an Interactive Tasting with us.

Prepare For Your Tasting

Once your wines are en route and your appointment confirmed, an official appointment confirmation email will be sent to each participant or designated host. This email will contain your personal Teams link for the tasting, along with all of the exciting details of your upcoming virtual wine experience. We recommend adding the Teams link to your calendar so it’s easy to find on the day of your tasting.

When your wines arrive, be sure to find them a nice home. White wines can be stored in the refrigerator and your red wines will be happiest in a wine fridge, or a cool, dark place with a constant temperature between 50 degrees and 60 degrees.

We suggest having some small bites on hand to enjoy during your tasting. At the winery, some of our favorites include Central Coast Creamery Goat Gouda, mixed olives, and roasted & salted almonds. Please let us know if you’d like additional pairing ideas—we love to talk food and wine.

When are interactive tastings available?

Interactive tastings are available Wednesday through Friday at 1p and 3p. Other days available by request.

How far in advance do I need to purchase my tasting kit?

To ensure your wines arrive in time to your tasting, a minimum of 10 business days is needed prior to your requested tasting.

Is there a fee to book an interactive tasting appointment?

Nope. Interactive tasting appointments are complimentary with the purchase of a tasting kit.

Is a deposit needed to hold a tasting appointment?

Nope. We will hold your desired date for 24 hours, during which time you are free to purchase your tasting kits. To ensure your wines arrive in time to your tasting, a minimum of 10 business days is needed prior to your requested tasting.

What if I don’t get my shipment in time?

If your wines do not arrive in time for your appointment, it will be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding.

May I add a custom notecard to accompany my tasting kit shipment?

Yes! We’re happy to include a custom note in the box, should you wish.
