The Fellowship of the Frog

Amenities

Your membership amenities are yours to enjoy in recognition of your status as a Frog Fellow and are not transferable to others. These benefits include:

  • Fellow Shipments – Seasonal Frog’s Leap wine releases shipped to your door or prepared for you to pick up at the winery. Inside you’ll find your favorite regular releases as well as extremely limited, library and small-lot wines available only to Frog Fellows. Expect four to five shipments in a 12-month period depending on release dates.
  • Special Pricing – Your 15% Fellow discount and Fellows-only shipping rates will be applied to your Fellow Shipments and all other purchases.
    You’ll also access discounted ticket pricing for select Frog’s Leap Presents: a collection of wine-centric experiences popping off each month with our friends and collaborators. Appointments are required, reserve yours >
  • Fellow Wine Experiences – Your party of up to four will enjoy a tasting at our casual outdoor Garden Bar each time you visit the winery in Rutherford and we invite your party of two to take part in our Responsibly Farmed, Sustainably Produced 90-minute private walking tour and seated tasting twice a year, with our compliments.  Appointments are required, reserve yours >
  • Fellowship Exclusive Events – Invitations to gatherings in Napa Valley and across the country will now be yours.
  • Insider Information – Far beyond the secret handshake, the Fellowship Hub is tailored to your needs and will give you the scoop on hotel deals, upcoming events, and Fellow only tips.

Enrollment & Your Membership

Your membership benefits will become active upon receipt of your first Fellow Shipment. You are invited to customize your shipments to best suit your tastes and needs.

Visit the Fellowship Hub to manage your membership.  Membership updates made before billing date of the next Fellow Shipment will be applied immediately. Membership updates made after the billing date will be effective after delivery or pick up of that Fellow Shipment. Any Fellow Shipments returned due to late membership modification will be subject to return and handling fees.

Your membership in The Fellowship of the Frog is ongoing, there is no need to renew.

In the unlikely event you wish to skip a shipment or cancel your membership, our small team is standing by; chat with us using the conversation bubble on our website, email fellow@frogsleap.com, or ring us – 707 963 4704 for assistance.  Requests received before a Fellow Shipment billing date will be made effective immediately. Requests received after a billing date will be made effective after delivery, or pick up, of the current Fellow Shipment.

Memberships canceled before receiving two shipments may be billed for the benefits received during the incomplete membership period, such as complimentary tastings, and/or wine or shipping discounts.

Your Shipments

Your Fellow Shipments will be billed to the credit card on file for your membership; email notifications are sent in advance of each Fellow Shipment release, giving you the opportunity to customize your shipment, reschedule your delivery and update your membership preferences, including your billing details and delivery address.

Will Call Fellow Shipments are held for pick up at the winery for 30 days post billing. If not picked up, your Fellow Shipment will be shipped, and shipping charges will apply.

Wine may only be delivered to persons who are at least 21 years of age, and federal law requires an adult signature at the time of delivery. With this in mind, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address. If no one 21 or older is available on the first delivery attempt, the wine can become compromised, and you may be subject to replacement costs. The carriers will attempt delivery up to three times before returning your Fellow Shipment to the winery, return shipping and handling fees will apply.

Shipping & Billing Policies

With your membership, special  ground shipping rates will apply to your Fellow Shipments, and all other purchases. Consider adding to your Fellow Shipments to take advantage of this membership perk! Expedited shipping is available nationwide for an additional fee.

Frog’s Leap cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside of our reasonable control due to circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier errors, etc. Thank you for understanding.

All membership benefits, including shipping rates, are available upon receipt of your first Fellow Shipment and apply to active status members only.

Where we ship

In compliance with current state laws, Frog’s Leap Fellow Shipments can be shipped to the following states:

*Tax on freight is charged and remitted as required by state laws and regulations

Billing

Your Fellow Shipments will be billed to the credit card on file for your membership, email notifications are sent in advance of each Fellow Shipment release, giving you the opportunity to reschedule your delivery and update your membership preferences, including your billing details and delivery address.

If updates are not requested by the billing date, we will automatically process your Fellow Shipment to the credit card on file, with current membership information, and ship your wines on the stated ship date, weather permitting.

Shipping

Will Call Fellow Shipments are held for pick up at the winery until the end of the quarter. If not picked up, your Fellow Shipment will be shipped and shipping charges will apply.

Federal law requires that a person over the age of 21 sign for all alcohol deliveries, there are no exceptions. To that end, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address or a FedEx location. Any missed delivery attempts, re-directs, and returns will put the quality of your wine at risk and fees will apply. See below for applicable fees.

All Fellow Shipment changes and address corrections requested after a shipment has been initiated will be subject to applicable fees.

To ensure that your wines are delivered in the same condition that they leave the winery, we store our wine in temperature-controlled conditions, carefully inspect bottles before they ship, and select shipping methods accordingly. We will hold shipments during times of extreme weather. If your order is held for the weather, we will contact you by email with details, offer alternative shipping methods or instead ship your order as soon as conditions allow.

You will receive an email when your Fellow Shipment is in route to the email address on file for your membership. You are responsible for receiving and reviewing your shipping and delivery details, please add shop@frogsleap.com to your safe senders list. We ship our wines via FedEx, GSO, and UPS, selecting the best option each quarter as a part of our ongoing effort to ensure your wines arrive on time and in the same condition that they leave our cellar. If you have a preference of carrier, we will do our best to use their services but cannot guarantee they will be available for our shipping schedule.

Fellow Shipment shipping fees are determined by current shipping rates, the weight of the package, and delivery destination, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We ask that you please inspect your Fellow Shipment as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken in transit please let us know immediately so we may file a claim with the carrier and take action to remedy the situation. Please note that we will be unable to replace broken bottles if we are not notified within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Fees

Returns

We’ve learned over the decades that even with the highest of quality standards, occasionally bottles are flawed or damaged. If you suspect that something may be wrong with a bottle you’ve received, please let us know so we may help.

We take great pride in our craft and hope to ensure that you always enjoy your Frog’s Leap wines. If you find that for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the wines you’ve received, you may return any unopened bottles within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, less applicable shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued only once the returned bottles have arrived back at the winery and have passed careful inspection.

Only wines purchased directly from Frog’s Leap winery or frogsleap.com are eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and will be refunded to the original payment method, less applicable shipping and handling fees. Call us at 707 963 4704

Orders canceled once a shipment is initiated and shipments refused at delivery will also be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees.

Fees

Current shipping rates apply to all shipments from Frog’s Leap as determined by shipping method and delivery destination.

  • A $25 return fee will be assessed for eligible returns and missed deliveries.

  • A $15 handling fee will be assessed for all address corrections, carrier redirects, and holds requested after a shipment is initiated.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Current shipping rates apply to all reshipments.

  • Reshipments are not eligible for any promotional shipping rates or discounts.

  • All shipping and return fees are non-refundable, sorry.
