Hello There!
We know that you know that all the wines in your Fellow Shipment were responsibly farmed and sustainably produced (by us) to be joyfully shared (with you and yours). But sometimes it’s nice to get a little more detail — we’ve created this page for that purpose!
Scroll on to learn more about what’s coming your way, along with some helpful (we hope) ideas for enhancing your enjoyment of the wines you’re receiving this quarter.

2024 Sauvignon Blanc Concrete Aged
The 2024 release picks up right where the stellar ’23 left off, shaped by a beautifully even, sun-kissed growing season. Zesty lemon and grapefruit lead the charge, joined by a whisper of wet stone and a touch of reduction that gives this wine both nerve and nuance. The palate is bright and driven—sleek citrus, lively acidity, and the satisfying texture that only long lees contact can bring. It’s the kind of Sauvignon Blanc that rewards patience, but tastes far too good to wait ten years for.
As it arrives just in time for spring, try it with the first asparagus of the season grilled over olive wood, or a simple bowl of linguine with green garlic and Meyer lemon. For something even cheekier—pour a glass while reorganizing your seed packets and dreaming of long, warm evenings to come. -
Fellowship Exclusive: 2023 Syrah- Truchard Vineyard
We’ve admired this hillside of Syrah for years—watching, waiting, and quietly scheming for our chance to work with its volcanic soils and sweeping Carneros views. In 2023, everything aligned. The vines delivered fruit of rare intensity and detail, shaped by the compressed ash beneath their roots and the cool lift of afternoon breezes rolling in from the Bay. The wine shows classic Syrah swagger: blackberry and plum framed by black pepper, violets, and that savory, smoky edge that makes the grape so captivating.
On the palate, it walks a fine line between power and grace—silky yet firm, layered yet focused. Pour it alongside anything from slow-cooked short ribs to grilled portobellos brushed with thyme and olive oil. Or keep it simple: a good glass, a quiet evening, and the satisfaction of knowing this hillside finally found its way into your cellar. -
2023 Merlot
If you needed proof that patience pays off, the 2023 Merlot is it. A gentle, measured summer and a cool, lingering harvest gave the fruit all the time it needed to find perfect balance—no rush, just quiet confidence. The result is Merlot in full voice: ripe plum and black cherry layered with a touch of dusty Rutherford earth and a dark, savory undertone that keeps things wonderfully grounded. The palate is deep and composed, framed by tannins that feel more architectural than angular—everything in its right place, with texture and lift to spare.
It’s a wine built to evolve but impossible to resist now. Pair it with early lamb from the grill (maybe with rosemary if you’re feeling traditional) or a mushroom risotto rich enough to make you forget winter ever happened. Better yet, pour a glass on a cool March evening and toast to what patience—and a little restraint—can do.
Spring is busting out all over at Frog’s Leap, starting with a healthy cover crop and stone fruit blossoms. We hope you can come on over on Sunday, March 1 from 3-5 pm and see it for yourself while picking up the latest Fellowship drop. The vines are waking up, the bees are hard at work, and we’ll be sharing some spring favorites to boot.
We’re also welcoming a few furry friends to the party for the sake of the kids. To keep our farm animal friends comfortable we kindly ask that personal pets stay at home for this event.
Will Call members: Your shipment will be ready and waiting for you!

Will someone need to sign for my Fellow Shipment?
Federal law requires an adult signature at the time of delivery. Wine may only be delivered to persons who are at least 21 years of age. With this in mind, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address. If no one 21 or older is available on the first delivery attempt, the wine can become compromised, and you may be subject to replacement costs. The carriers will attempt delivery up to three times before returning your Fellow Shipment to the winery, return shipping and handling fees will apply.
